Manufactured Homes

Sixteen years of manufactured-home experience

Before I began originating mortgages, I spent 16 years selling manufactured-home repossessions and foreclosures. Crawling under homes for labels turned out to be unusually specific career training.

My sixteen years of manufactured-home experience
01

Property identity matters

HUD labels, data plates, manufacturer details, year built, sections, serial numbers, and title history can affect financing.

02

Land and foundation matter

Ownership of the land, permanent-foundation evidence, additions, relocation history, utilities, access, and zoning require careful review.

03

Many purchase types

I work with single-wide and multi-section homes, land-and-home packages, construction, existing homes, and eligible foreclosure purchases.

04

Check before contract

Send the address, listing, title details, label information, land status, and known property history early. Manufactured-home surprises are cheaper before closing week.
